Development Tracks
LPPC tracks organize different ways to develop computational reasoning, programming practice, and technical maturity. Competitive programming remains the main axis, while the other tracks extend contact with backend systems, parallelism, technological entrepreneurship, and security.
Each track has its own page. Use this page as an index: choose a track, read the initial orientation, and then follow the related resources and meetings.
If you are starting, use ICPC, OBI, and MFP as the main track. The other tracks can be explored later or in parallel, depending on your interests and technical background.
Tracks
- ICPC, OBI, and MFP: competitive programming, olympiads, and algorithmic development.
- Parallel programming: high performance, parallelism, concurrency, and performance measurement.
- Backend and Rinha de Backend: APIs, services, databases, performance, and architecture.
- Hackathons and startup events: prototyping, product work, teams, and presentations.
- Cybersecurity and CTF: ethical security study, authorized labs, and Capture The Flag challenges.
Each track may have its own meetings, materials, challenges, and contribution paths. Participation must respect the Code of Conduct and the technical, ethical, and legal limits of each area.
